    Ok, This is my first time doing the injections and I have a question. I just want to ensure I am doing this correctly. I started taking the injections on day one with two days of fat loading. So now do I do the injections for 21 more days while on the vlcd, then stop the injections while continuing the vlcd for 3 more days?

    That's right. you must be on hcg at least 23 days. I personally prefer more but that is the minimum. Then you do 72 more hours of vlcd. Good luck!

    Thanks Grammy. This is my 3rd round, you would think I would have it down by now. This is my first time doing the injections. I did Homeopathic this first two rounds, and I did them back to back. I am only looking to loose my last 15 pounds, so I am hoping a 23 day round will be enough. I started at 192 and I am down to 173 this morning with a goal of 160.
