I was wondering if we are able to ear oysters and clams on Phase 2. My boyfriend wants to go to an oyster festival next weekend and I know they'll have the typical fair food along with oysters and clams. So I thought that I could have the raw oysters and clams and avoid all the other junk food.
Or am I going to be stuck having a bunless burger?
Thanks Grammy, I may give it a try. So far I'm doing good on the diet, no cheats and no gains. I guess this may be my first experiment. No if I could only find out how many clams or oysters equal 100 grams.
We had muscles and everyone lost on those. I couldn't figure out how to weigh them either, so I just did 90 gms of meat since I shelled them after cooking.
