    Yes that's pretty high, especially for that potent brand. You might try 175 and you may actually need to even drop from there. And I wouldn't use Pam. It is oil.

    I agree. 200 was too high for me. I had to experiment several days before I got the right dose for me. Seems 125 is good for me & no hunger. The first day I was on the diet was misery, but after that it was pretty easy. Just got sick of the food is all.
