    you can even eat the skin, in P3. In P2 it has to be cooked without the skin, because the meat will absorb too much of the fat.

    if it's breaded, then no- you can't eat the skin. if you make it yourself, and don't use breading or use something like coconut flour, then you can.

    i think there is a recipe on here somewhere- from someone who swore that it was the best fried chicken he'd ever had. although most things in P3 taste pretty good, after P2 eating!

    Well, I guess what I'm really asking is, if you are eating out, can you order fried chicken and just not eat the skin or should you not since it was cooked with breading on it?
