I'm wavering about when I'm starting. I was planning to go until next week, but I'm starting to have a touch of hunger. I'm going to lower my dose tomorrow and if that doesn't work, I might just head there. :-)
I could start anytime. I've been on it 38 days. But I've skipped a day a week so I'd thought to go 47 days. Not sure at the moment though. I wanted to lose about 3 more pounds to give me wiggle room.
Sounds like we'll be going to p3 at roughly the same time, unless your hunger pushes you in a little sooner. Can't wait, as I am beginning to fantasize about avocados...LOL. My problem is not hunger...I'm still rocking on same as always. It's just a mental "readiness" to move on. I am proud of myself that I've stuck to my guns & haven't cheated, but I definitely see how the body & mind need the break p3 & p4 provide.
I am starting P3 Thursday. A bit nervous because I've had trouble in the past. Will be strict about it this time though.
Unfortunately, my LIW today coincided with one of the hottest days of the year and I couldn't even get my wedding ring on I was so bloated. So I have no idea what my real LIW is. I was 129.6 yesterday and 130.8 today. Any suggestions?
You might try upping your water, rei. That might help flush it through. But I'd still take the 130. That will give you a little wiggle room if you drop the water and another pound or two in your 72 hours off hcg. :-)
I'm mentally ready too, Angela. Starting to feel a little restless. But I don't want give up too soon. I really want those extra 3 pounds! LOL
You eat the same thing on a skip day. according to Pounds and Inches, it's required to skip a shot a day if you want to go 40 injections. It's to postpone immunity so you can go the long round. :-)
thanks Colleen, I'm going to keep careful track the next few days and see if there is a pattern that gives me some sort of base. I want to use 129 just for mental purposes, but I'm not going to force it.
