Hi, This is the 9th day of Phase I for me. On the 5th day, I had lost 5.5lbs. I have not lost any since. I have not cheated, and I am not hungry. I tried the apple day yesterday to no avail. I have also not gained any back.....ideas? Am I still losing even though it is not showing as yet on the scale? Thank you in advance!
I am on day 11 of the VLCD. I have been at the same weight (give or take 1/2 pound) since Day 8. No loss. Up, then down. I have not cheated. I eat about 280-320 calories / day. Get in all my water. Use all the right skincare products. Is this a typical stall? Should I do the apple day? Frustrating.
Personally, I think you should be eating 500 calories like the diet says. I also had ups and downs, so maybe that's common. I didn't cheat either & lost slowly and not as much as I thought I would, but still worth it. Haven't gained it back and I've been on P4 for a while now.
You definitely need to come closer to your calorie intake. at least in the 400 range I would think. Purely speculation though....
I also did a high protein day instead of a mini steak day to break my slow losses last time. It worked well for me, it is totally off protocol though so venture on your own risk. I did eat all 500 calories in only protein, no fruit or vegies. Again - not on protocol but it jump started it again for me.
