I am frustrated and so disappointed at the moment. You've lost so much weight, but since starting the HCG Diet (Oral Drops) June 2010 (weight 190lbs) until the end of July 2010, I've only lost about 12lbs. I followed the diet religiously. People told me not to exercise, so I didn't.

So now I've opted to take the drops only in the morning when my stomach is empty, and started a cardio program, following a low cal diet, I'm still not losing much. I'd like to know why my body didn't take to the diet like the rest of you?? :-(

I need to lose weight before my Hub and I can consider having children, a total of 40lbs at least. I'm turning 38yrs old in September 2010....which adds pressure since I'm not getting any younger. Was it that type of pressure and stress that killed my success?? I'd like to go back on HCG, but how???

it may be the homeopathic version simply didn't work right for you. Were you hungry? And did you follow the actual protocol and not something that came with your drops? Also you won't lose taking a tiny dose and following a low cal diet. Just doesn't work the same. I'd suggest you order some RX hcg and try that.

Oh or else get a trusted brand of homeopathic. Ask advice on the homeopathic thread for recommendations.

Something sure isn't right. You should have lost way more than that. Were you taking homeopathic, or rx grade hcg? And what was your dose?

i'm also wondering if it is homeopahtic at all. she says she only takes it in the morning on an empty stomach. you take homeopathic at least 3 times a day.

She's doing an off protocol thing, just trying something else from the sound of it. But that won't work at all. swallowing it does nothing. It's only the absorption from holding it under the tongue, whether RX or homeopathic.

i agree, she needs to hold it under her tongue. and with homeopathic there are not the too high dosing issues like with rx so once a day doesn't make sense.

    Thanks for responding guys!

No, the HCG I purchased isn't RX grade, it's Oral Homeopathic (3 times a day / 10 drops each under tongue).......which it sounds like the dose isn't high enough for me. Oh and yes, I followed the instructions that came with the bottle, but only because my friend did the same and lost 20lbs in one month. I don't know why my body isn't kicking in. :-(

Sounds like I'll just stop taking it once a day all together. I'd like to take the RX grade, but so far only dieticians who charge up to $500 (here in Colorado) are the only method to get it. Any ideas??

You don't need to go to a dietician to get HCG. You could do this on your own. I went through a clinic who charged me almost $600 for a 40 day round and after sending me the stuff I received no phone calls. No one is checking up on me. My sister and mother had gone through the clinic also. They live in the area of the clinic so they go in every 10 days to get weighed and measured. But that's all they do. No adjustments on the dosage if they aren't feeling right.

I plan on ordering from www.yourhcgdiet.com on my next round. I'll save about $550 on the next round. There are several suggestions on this site for places to order HCG from. Just look around.
