I made it through 2 weeks of hcg and I have to confess it was hard. I would see what my husband was eating, have to cook it for him...and I cheated by eating a bite of his soft pretzle and it went down hill from there. I have 2 weeks of the drops left to go, but I've stopped taking them because I honestly feel like the biggest failure there ever was. I don't know what to do now....start the drops again, give up or load and try. I feel hopeless because I really wanted this to work...and IT did, I didn't.
I don't know what to do and would really like some advice. I"m sorry if I am not really wording this all right, I'm not used to being on forums and not sure what to say.
    Help me. Please.

after the first 2 weeks, how many days did you cheat? at what point did you stop doing the drops? it it's only been a few days to a week, i'd just start the drops and the vlcd back up again, but i'd make sure you do at least 23 days more at this point.

we've all been there... no point in beating yourself up, just get back up on the horse!

If you just stopped the drops a few days ago, then don't reload just start taking the drops again and get back on track. It is easy to have set backs cooking for our families. Most of us have had challanges at one point or another, the key is to not beat yourself up as we are all human so dust yourself off and jump back on board. P&I says you can take planned interruptions for holidays and etc without reloading. So just read through Dr Simeons Pounds and Inches manuscript. Good Luck.
