I am eating according to the protocol but am finding my calories do not add up to 500. How do you make it to 500? Has anyone added a grapefruit? Thanks in advance for your help :)
Do you drink a lot of water? I'm not getting to 500 calories and I hate water! I drink tea with stevia and lemon and some water but not 2 liters! Will this make a difference?
sdb-- try to get the water in... it is really good for you. I used to hate drinking water, but I have now reached the point where I love it. Add your lemon to the water or add a cucumber slice.. .it makes it tolerable until you actually learn to love water!!
and yes it does make a difference. That is the main way the body flushes out the excess fat, after we release it (someone correct me if that is incorrect). You might find that you actually start to crave water. Try like firegirl1990 suggested and add lemon or the cucumber to it. Also sometimes drinking it with ice makes it taste better.... just my two cents. I know that I drank so much water while on protocol.
laurabelle-- that is funny you said that about chugging it down.. I have a mini sparklett's water jug, holds 20 oz and I tell myself I have to chug at least 10 big gulps each time I pick it up! I can usually get down 4 jugs in a work day, then I go home and drink more water!! :-)
