    There are some issues with not eating enough as well. Many feel if they eat "too much" they will gain...but not eating enough can create a gain.

    Tryingtomakeit~ I jumped into your boat over the last 3 days... don't know what happened, but the scale has been going up & up! I was +2.2 pounds yesterday - tried to do a high protein day (didn't realize I should be cutting out almost ALL carbs) and had another gain this morning for 0.8 pounds. Total is 3 pounds over LIW~~~

    Doing a steak day today. Wish me luck...

    I did high protein days till I lost it all and it took about 2 weeks I have been stabilized for about a week now with very minimal weight ranges!

    Sooo glad to hear that it has all come off again. That helps me greatly today! :) What did you eat on your high protein days? I don't think I have been doing mine very well!

    Okay... calming down now. Weighed yesterday morning after a Steak day and was down a whopping 2 pounds... That has NEVER, EVER happened for me. I did a steak day again yesterday (cheated a tiny bit in the morning by having a flax seed muffin - small one) and lost 0.5 pounds for this morning. Still 0.5 above LIW, but not panicking as much still. I still need to do some research to find out what to have on a high protein day.

    High protein day is just that. LOTS of protein I had fish mainly plus 1 or 2 fruits some don't do good with fruit some (like me) do not do well without fruit. Protein breakfast lunch and dinner no nuts

    Thanks so much... still bouncing around the scale. The last high protein day was not too bad. Just need to remember "LOW OR NO CARBS!!!" Canned tuna in water helped me quite a bit. Lots of protein in that.
