OK so it is only my first day of P3 and I am doing horribly. I need some help. I ate deli chicken on my last 2 days of P2, HUGE mistake gained 2 lbs! Today I ate small 2 bites of chili before finding out it had beans in it and I had probably 4 oz of herring before finding out it has sugar added to it. I got it at a fish stand and just didn't think it had sugar because it was made with dill but then after a few bites I thought this doesn't taste right so I called and they said it does have sugar! So I am racking my brain on what I can eat and I need some major help! Here's my dilemma I have food sensitivities too sooooo I am taking ideas on quick things to grab to eat. My allergies are Dairy, Red meat, Gluten, peanuts, oysters, eggs I am SOOOOO sick of chicken but I DO NOT want to gain back all that 30lbs I lost!!!!!!! Please help me, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!
I am just an extremely busy person and so in case I forget to make something I would like something quick and on the go. Add rice milk to my list of oops today. I drank maybe 4oz :(. Maybe I need to do a couple steak days already?
Just go back to you're P2 eating for a day, but add lots more. I understand being sick of protein, but it's "safe" you know? Then after a day or so, and after you have been able to plan and think things through....it might all be a little easier and less confusing.
Stuff that is quick and on the go is to go the restaurant and order a low carb burger or chicken. They are used to that and give you the meat and veggies without the bun. Or a grilled chicken salad. Most places have nutrition info posted online so familiarize yourself with the places you tend to eat so you know what is safe.
Be careful - obviously it's a better choice in the fast food arena, but almost all of the fast food chicken has lots of added stuff, including wheat. How they get wheat in it I'll never know, but they do!! I hit the grocery store up that has a salad bar, a lot..... Like Grammy said - Even McDonalds will wrap the burger in lettuce, not a great choice but not the worst in the world either.
yes it's important to read the information and see what is in everything first. I've done that so I know which ones are safe because I have celiac's as well.
oooh - yea that has to make it double hard. In an emergency, I've eaten the chicken breast on a side salad from McD's.... Do you know if that had all the additives like KFC does?
