    hey, I just started P3 today and I'm going for a pedicure (FINALLY!!!). Do lotions become okay in P3 again???

    Yes, pretty red toes, even got a manicure and eyebrow wax. A new person. I have been just dying to get a pedicure and didn't want one without all the lotions! My skin is all soft now. Yaaaaaa!

    We just FEEL different with the weight loss! I'm going to visit our daughter in Phoenix in two weeks so I'm going to get a pedicure too--maybe a french one with a flower. :-)

    Yes, we get pedicures here in Phoenix like we're drinking water - it's just unheard to not have a pedicure here. I think it's because it's so nice out and we wear sandals all the time. french ones with a pretty flower are very in. Many do the new french with the tip another color these days - black tip, blue tip, or red tip. I have never done that one. But I have had a french manicure now with a while flower for 6 weeks due to being on HCG. I think next time, i'll get the pedicure without lotions or use mineral oil - they got to looking so dry. But I do feel so much prettier now. And I have new work pants - slacks that are a NORMAL size!! Feels so good.

    Oh that is awesome! So you live in the valley. Our daughter is in Goodyear. She owns See Spot Clean, a dog grooming, dog wash place that's so fun to go into. Human grade ingredient dog foods too. she's a good resource for my books since I always have a lovable dog in them. :-)

    Yes, I live in Ahwatukee. It's south of the city. It is an area, so I actually live in Phoenix proper, but Ahwatukee area. My parents live up in Sun City West which is close to Goodyear. What a cute name for a dog grooming place.

    I know right where that is! :-) My aunt lives in Sun City, my brother is in El Mirage and my cousin is in Glendale. We own land in Peeples Valley, up northwest by Yarnell.
