So I just read the strangest thing from a newsletter from Janet Sweeny hcgdietnews.com (thanks Colleen for that head's up). Apparently ORANGES are NOT on the original protocol and have been added to many of the various versions out there.
Anyone know anything about this??
How are YOUR results with oranges? without oranges?
I did not notice a difference either way. I did have a hard time eating only 1/2 grapefruit...I always wanted the whole thing....

Never ate Oranges, too many of my friends and counselors said they slow losses. and contribute to stalls and cravings.. nope no way!! Hashi (82 pounds down 35 more to go!!)
My first 2 rounds I ate a grapefruit each night w/ stevia as my dessert and I always lost consistently. I am so craving them now! I need to get to the store and get some.
Where ever you are reading that from has been edited.. Oranges where not a part of the original unedited version of pounds and Inches.. Sorry, but if you dont believe me ask the experts.. and Veterans.
