Sorry to burst your bubble, but I'm on hhcg and have experienced hair loss. It started around R2P2D32. I haven't been taking a multi - just started B complex which seems to be helping stem the tide already, and just ordered biotin and RegenerMax.

From reading here, I got the impression it was more about rapid weight loss than hcg per se. If you google "diet" and "hair loss," lots of people who lose a significant amount of weight quickly experience hair loss.

I didn't experience any hair loss on my first round hhcg nor on my second round which was hhcg then rx hcg but on my third round with the higher dose of rx sublingual hcg I had and still have excessive hair loss. I have been taking Biotin daily and I am into P4 now but still I am experiencing hair loss although I do think it has finally slowed some...

I thought it was all about the rapid weight loss and hormonal shifts. I haven't had any excess hair loss during my summer of hhcg. The only time I have ever had the problem in my life was after having kids, and after my hysterectomy. Each time I lost all of my baby weight, and each time I lost a lot of hair by the time I lost the weight. It grew back, but it was very frustrating. No matter what is causing it, I feel your pain. If it is the rx hcg or hhcg, it stands to reason that it will be temporary and things will even out once you are finished dieting. Unless there are hormonal imbalances at play.

My hair actually seemed to grow- I am on R1,P2, D17. But I have been taking collagen booster with Reservatrol and MSM supplements, as well as B complex subligual supplements. Hair is growing so fast (on my head and everywhere else it seems) idk what to do with it.

Chl - I got the Collagen Booster with Reservatrol at a local, non-chain health food store, but they sell them at Vitamin World - it's kinda pricey at about $33-37 dollars a bottle, but I think they are worth it. The MSM supplents can be found at Vitamin World too, they don't tend to be as expensive. I got the Jarrow brand and it cost me like $11 for 100 1000mg capsules. I take the MSM 3 times per day. I also forgot to mention that I use silicon drops as a supplement for hair - just put 10 drops in my morning cup of tea Bio Sil is a brand name one, which I have used before, but now I used a cheaper, lesser known brand and it works just as well.
