Okay I am dying for bread in p3 I made the coconut bread and it was okay but I didn't really like it. I also made a flax bread but it was the grossest thing I have ever tried it was almost a green color and smelled soooo bad. So does anyone that has actually made a bread have one that they like and that actually taste like bread? Thanks so much for the help

I have had those low-carb tortillas on P3 on occasion toward the end of the phase and found no issues...but I also didn't eat fruit so my carbs were kept low, and I didn't eat much fat either. The ones I got were 3 net carbs each. I figure that's the same amount of carbohydrates in a serving of almonds, although it's a bit rogue since there is a *tiny* bit of grain in them. On my second P3 I also had 1/2 of a zero-carb bagel from Lindasdietdelites once or twice with no issues. But, I've always been very stable and never needed steak days, so if you fluctuate a lot, might not want to risk it with stuff like that.
