Hello everybody! To make a long story short we've been in the process of setting up some new forums as some of you already know. While this forum software has worked for a few years it is time for an upgrade to a more robust and stable solution.

The new forums offer just that along with a slew of new features! The new forums allow users such as yourselves to start your own groups where you can discuss whatever you want, the ability to have your own blog ( think of it as your personal weight loss journal ) where others can read and comment on your journey along with easier ways to reply to threads and a more organized structure overall.

The private messaging and wall system exist on the new forums so users that are a fan of those will still be able to leave comments on friend's profiles as well as send other members private messages.

We realize that we are asking people to get used to a completely new system after using this one for such a long time. We appreciate the time and volunteer effort all of you have put into this forum and we hope that we can continue to provide you with a great place to interact with each other on the new forums.

Most of the old user accounts were switched over to the new forums, all that you should have to do is head over to the new forums and request to reset your password for the new forums. We realize this is an inconvenience to you, but due to the technical aspects of the way both of the forums work this is the only option available in order for you to retain your user name on the new forums.
