FYI: I did not do a steak day, but I've done 2 protein days, following Granny's protocol, except I added avocado to my chicken yeterday, and I went back to my LDW this morning... actually .2 under! I had been using Costco's packaged bacon bits for my eggs and found out it contains sugar... no wonder! I love bacon, but didn't think about the sugar content. Also, did not know shredded cheese had starch! Wow! Had used that too.

I love creamy sauces, so I am going to try the recipe Granny suggested on a thread: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Avocado-Ranch-Salad-Dressing/Detail.aspx

Anyone has anymore creamy sauce p3 friendly sauces?

How about a really good spaghetti meat sauce, add mascarpone or cream cheese... melt thoroughly. Put over parmesan/almond meal crusted zucchini sticks or spaghetti squash.

I love to cook..... totally relaxing for me. I've been HCG'ing since May31, but before that I baked goods for a church and the minister specifically wanted only sugar free goodies but nothing overly artificial.... so I had to learn to adapt lots of recipies for that. Only since HCG have I learned to adapt to the wheat free too....

    thank you - :)

Going well - I'm at 35lbs down... I did 40 day, lost 24, did a short 14 day where I thought I would "cycle", lost about 6. Now basically I'm doing a 30 day or until my total loss hits 55-58 lbs. Hopefully by Sept 29. I have traveling commitments starting that weekend and need to be fully into P3. My first P3 went super easy, settled 3lbs under LIW... my cycle round didn't go so well, I wasn't motivated at all. Now though I feel really good, and really really just want to hit the 148 mark before I finish!!! :) I'm 5'9 with pretty decent muscle mass so anything smaller would look stupid on me.

My hubby isn't doing it but after finally reading up and doing his own research, he is totally supportive. He loves it when I am on P2 cause he looses weight too.... He lost 20 since I started...jerk! ha ha
