I am on vlcd13 -13.2#'s. I am using hhcg 15 drops 3xs per day. I had initially lost the 13#'s in the first three days, then gained and it took me nearly 10 days to get back down (so frustrating! no cheats!)

The last three or four days I have noticed a lot more stomach rumbling. very mild hunger throughout the day. no shaking, no headaches or dizziness - certainly nothing I can't tolerate.

I feel like this could be from a whole array of reasons:

-been having a lot of water retention lately (not from TOM) weight has been going up and down sporadically.
    -not getting enough sleep
-not taking drops on a schedule/in sync with meals (always @ 8am, then sometime between 1 and 4pm, and again between 7 and 9pm).

would it be better to try and "organize" my life a little better (sleep, hhcg schedule, eating schedule, etc) rather than upping my drops? Should I even be concerned since it's very mild hunger?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Kati I take the rx hcg and so I am not sure, but I think you can up your drops during the day. If you cut and paste your question above to the hhcg thread they will probably be able to answer your question right away with the amount that you can up your drops. There are a lot of people doing the hhcg; they have great successes so try that thread and you will have the support you need. Wish I could help more, good luck. Also grammy knows alot about both the hhcg and rx hcg so you may want to address the question in one of her threads as well.

One more thing the thread is the 'new homeopathic lounge' or something like that for the hhcg.

Mild hunger is normal so I wouldn't be too worried if you can tolerate it. Even people NOT on diets get hungry during the day, after all! If it's severe, or you have shakiness, headaches, etc. then I'd be more concerned. I don't think "organizing" your life has anything to do with it. The hcg doesn't care what schedule you are on if you are getting the right dose.

straightscoop - I'm glad to hear that dosage is more important than timing with hcg. I know that mild hunger is normal, but I guess I was just concerned because it is constant throughout the day (even shortly after eating) so I was curious if my dosage needed to be changed, or if I just needed to be more careful with timing.

If you have constant hunger, you need to change your dose.
