    For some reason I am much hungrier than I remember being last time around. I am only four days in and find myself wanting to cheat ALL the time! What is up with this? I thought the force was strong in me lol.

    I hear you! My subsequent rounds were harder too. You must look deep inside yourself young Jedi. The force is still strong in you. lol

    Thank God I am still losing or I would probablly go off the deep end!! I think what makes it harder is that I enjoyed eating on P3 so much. After about a week and a half on P3 I stabalized while eating all of the foods I love! Ideally I will stay in P3 forever with minimal starch and carb intake. Im just gonna keep praying that I can hold out and refuse my cravings!

    I feel exactly the same way as you but I'm not even losing! This is like day 20 and I've lost 7 lbs. I only cheated once and that was over a week ago. Today I was actually UP .6!!!!! My fat is fighting back. And I also LOVED P3 and want to eat like that the rest of my life, I'm doing this P2 now only to get back to P3.

    oh, great, I wish I hadnt even started this round 2 two days ago. I should've just quit while I was ahead. how much weight do you want to lose rubyred? I wanted to lose only ten lbs. at the most, but I have gained ten loading! I feel the same way, I want to go back to P3, now I have to reloose the weight I gained, and that is it, darn!

    Oh, you guys are scaring me! I am going to start second round of P2 on September 22. I didn't do that well on my first round and was holding out great hopes for Round 2! (Figured out some things I was doing wrong....using organic packaged chicken and beef stock - which had some sugar. I read only "nutrition" portion of label at beginning, not knowing you had to read "ingredients." I never thought to go back and look at everything I was already doing, when I learned that! Also, I just read recently about using ONLY liquid stevia, as the powdered could contain things that keep your from losing. I was using powdered in some things... I only lost 9 lbs in 40 days of Round 1 Phase 2.......)

    Please keep posting, please! I am praying for you all!

    Hang in there!! I just finished my 2nd round the 1st of Sept. I think I handled the 2nd round a little easier because I only did the 23 days, R1 was 40 and that was rough. I lost most of my weight in the first 3 weeks, so I decided short rounds fit better for me. I also kept my food very simple in the second round telling myself I could do anything for 3 weeks. I didn't eat the melba or breadstick either because in R1 I think that is what caused major cravings for carbs. You'll do it!!! I'm so glad the pounds are coming off, that is very motivating!

    I struggled REALLY bad starting my second round. I'm not sure why. Mentally and emotionally it has been difficult. I'm still sticking with another long round though, and just keep telling myself I can do it. Hang in there!!! I fully believe what I read on a post one day, that this is a very "mental" challenge. It is for me anyway. It was a big wake up call to how much I am mentally and emotionally attached to food, darn it! Lol.

    I did have a loss of .8 this AM so that made me feel better. I am historically a slow loser due to my metabolism (or lack of) - this round I wanted to lose 12 lbs to get down to 120 this AM I'm at 124.6. My last injection is only 6 days off tho, we're vacationing in oct and I need 3 weeks of P3 first. Then I want to maintain and do my final round after Christmas, to lose 10 more. Your 10 loading lbs should come off quickly Nena. My loading weight came right off in the first 3 days, then it all slowed way down. Sometimes I think after the first round you lose enough weight that you start to feel OK at the weight you're at, so the 500 calories a day just seem like punishment.

    I totally agree... this is R2VLCD15 for me, and i've only lost 6.2 lbs... 3 of which were from the load. I thought it'd be easier, since i'd only planned on loosing another 10 lbs to reach my goal and i was hoping to get there in 26 days, and not 40 like the last round (which I lost 20 on). So, I'm wishing you all luck, as well as myself today... I'm doing my first apple day, today since i gained a pound from yesterday... i know what my cheat was, and i felt super guilty, but (this is my excuse and i know it doesn't matter, but i'd feel better to tell it anyway)... the deli that i order our luncheons from for our meetings here, always sends me something on the house for ordering with them all the time. So, he know's lobster bisque is my weakness, and i guess he didn't remember, or care, that i was on the diet... but that was their special, and thats what they sent. I fought the temptation for 3 hours! it sat on the credenza behind me all that time, until that last call of my name.... coming from the credenza.... oh gosh, it was the damn lobster bisque saying EAT ME!!! lmao! ooohh, the tourture....... it didn't last 3 minutes after that.

    Soooo..... today, i must endure the mental tourture of yesterday's cheat and today's gain.... will an apple day help?? i hope so... and I keep reading mixed messages, not sure if i should drink alot of water, or very little water?....
