    Hey Grammy, so I did a steak day on Friday and lost 2.8 lbs and got down to my LIW. I only packed high protein foods for the next day not really expecting the steak day to work that good, so ate lots of protein on Saturday and stayed at 136.4. On Monday I went down to 135.4, shocking, but loved it. I skipped the eggs and almonds all weekend and just added eggs in yesterday but also had some kulua pork and some chicken that said was made with just garlic and ginger, but it was sweet so that hurt me I'm thinking. Today I am up to 136.8, which is just .4 above LIW so still good, but will have to see how the scale is tomorrow with the chicken and kalua pork. I have eaten 2 eggs today and will tomorrow and see how the scale is. You said to do eggs for 3 days, check scale, and then dairy for 3 days, check and then almonds. Can I do almonds before dairy, I really miss those, but can do without dairy? Thanks for all your advice, only 7 days left of P3 and stabilizing and then I am off to P4. Although I pretty much eat P3 foods constantly because I am too chicken to try breads and pasta.

    No not in hawaii, but have excellent hawaiin restaraunts. The pork was delicious, but have been drinking tones because it is made with lots of salt, and I personally never salt anything. Hope the scale is nice to me tomorrow, if so going to make cocoa crack and almonds on Thursday and see if the almonds hurt me.

    Okay so today was day 3 of eating eggs. And even after the sweet meat and kalua I lost .8. So I am .4 under my LIW. So I am assuming eggs are fine for me. Now when I add almonds in tomorrow do I stop the eggs for a while or is it okay to eat them still? Its the only thing I eat for breakfast right now until I add yogurt with flax or until P4 and attempt toast or something. I am only 6 days away.

    So what can I eat for high protein days that is safe? Cottage cheese was fine for me during p2 but it is making me gain weight this time.
