    Hello! I'm on day 9, (do you count the loading days?) And I have lost 8 pounds, (without counting the pounds I gained and lost on loading days.) There is so much lingo that I'm sort of having a hard time understanding all of it.

    I got my oral hcg from a pharmacy, and nurse practitioner. Though I'm ecstatic about the scale, I am very hungry. My nurse, didn't really have any suggestions. I loaded 8 pounds, (ugh, yuck, etc) so I think I loaded correctly. I do get light headed sometimes. I'm following the diet to the T. I go out of town next weekend and I'm so afraid that if I don't get the hunger in control it will be easier to want to cheat. I DON"T WANT THAT!!!!

    I'm on day 6 - I'm confused w/ all the phases etc. I have a 'pocket guide' but it's leaving me feeling completely confused after reading all the different initials etc. But, my question - I screwed up today - I thought it said 1 Cup of Lentils 161 calories - It was 1/4 cup - so I've screwed up 600 cal at one meal - I did have my protein for dinner and a little watermelon - I'm full full full - I have so many allergies - the only one that seems to be missing is the complex carbs in the form of bread stick and/or the little toast thing. So, I'm expecting to gain tomorrow but will stick to this - my mom is dying and my paw is in the hospital dying and I'm going to have to face a lot in a little bit - how do you travel and eat right? Did I do the right thing?

    Hi Emma! I'm the wrong one to ask, because I just do 100gms of protien and veg, and one fruit per meal, along with the melba toast. Yours sounds like you can get a lot more variety. The protein, veg, and fruit are all very limited. How are you doing weight loss wise? Are you doing with all that going on? Is this the best time for you? How much do you want to lose? Hang in there! We'll get through this! AND feel great!

    Idunit.... Do you know what dosage you're on? Hunger is usually a sign that you dosage it off. Also, even if you didn't load correctly by day 9 it shouldn't be a factor. When you say you're following the diet to the T... are you following with real protocol or a modified one?


    Hi Emma... I so sorry to hear about your family being ill - that must be really hard on you. I'm not sure which diet you're following but lentil and watermelon aren't on protocol at all. Most users skip the melba toasts/sticks as we tend to lose better without them....
