gh- i think adc is out of hucog. ovidac and corion are solid brands. it's much easier if you get something with a rubber top (which they have) as opposed to a glass ampule you have to break. you can use any brand of hcg for SL (although they'll say "for injection only" on the vial, but you can ignore that)

the newer research recommends 250 iu's twice a day, which would mean a vial of 5000 would last 10 days. some people still do 166 twice a day which would make it last for 15 days. or you can split the difference and use around 200, so that you can get a short round out of just 2 vials.

the "premixed" still has a shelf life of about a year, but you have to mix it with additional fluid. once mixed, most of use mix fresh hcg after 2-3 weeks. i definitely wouldn't use it after a mo. but you can take everything with you and mix while you're there.
