    OMG, today I had:

2 scrambled eggs with cheese with low fat sour cream and pico de gallo for breakfast (all sugar and starch free), and for a snack I just had unsweetened yogurt (I put a packet of stevia in it) with some blueberries. I guess after eating chicken, fish, fish and chicken for 26 days, "regular" food tastes spectacular. Yesterday I had the most spectacular salad made with lettuce, pico de gallo, toasted almonds, a few cheddar cheese shavings, a few feta cheeze crumbles, boiled egg, and Walden farms sugar free Bacon dressing (which is sooooo, SO good!) and I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. I even had a little (ok, a LOT) of that almond bread that I found the recipe on here for. I thought sure the scale this morning would show a gain given I am eating all of this food, but was pleasantly surprised when it did not!

I am also glad to report that so far, peanuts and peanut butter don't seem to have made me gain! So I am thanking my lucky stars. Now I want to try experimenting with coming up with my own P3 treats - like P3 Lemon cheesecake with crushed almonds and stevia for the "crust". Does anyone know how to make frozen yogurt, or ice milk?

I thought nuts and nut butters were for P4?
Well, if they don't negatively affect you - ENJOY!

I loved P3 (after being very apprehensive about it)

I heard almonds and almond butter was okay, but that peanuts can cause some people to gain.

Did you eat all that on your first day, Melissa? That's too much to add at once. And you shouldn't eat low fat cheeses. They have sugars in them usually. Go for the real thing!

    Thanks for your concern!

Yes, I know it was bad, and that you're supposed to wait and introduce things one by one, but I just couldn't help myself - I was sooo hungry, I was literally doing a new year's eve style countdown to P3. And I read about the low-fat cheeses and yogurts having sugar in them, that's why I was extra, extra careful to read the labels to make sure there was no sugar or sugar alcohols of any kind in those products. Once I finish those I will buy the full fat versions - i was basically trying to save a little bit on the calories side, so that I could have a little more in a day.

I would not recommend anyone else try what I did, it's kind of like practicing unsafe sex - nervewracking until the TOM comes and you're like "yes!" cause you got away with it...this time... But yea, it may come back to bite me in the butt tomorrow and I'll have to do a steak day, but for now I'm still holding 125.8.

You could have all you want in one day of the full fat stuff. There are no calorie restrictions. Forget that old false information you've been fed all these years.
