okay I am on vlcd7 I started at 175 then went down to 150 im still hungary. right now I actually feel shaky like I do when my blood sugar is all messed up. I already took my shot today so I can't skip today to figure out what to do. I do know that 4 days ago my vile of hcg from the fridge tumbled down to the bottom shelf, I have four kids and Im sure one of them slammed the fridge door. So I don't know if that has anything to do. I also know that after I lowered my dose to 15o my losses slowed down to only .2 each day. I don't know what to do. hcg is hard anyways but this is making it way to hard.

You might need a dose somewhere in between. My last round I was at 160iu's. Also...if you have low blood sugar that could be the issue as well. I'd eat a little extra protein to help with the shakes and blood sugar and then see how you feel. You also might try spacing out your foods more; example - fruit for breakfast, veggie for snack, protein for lunch, fruit for snack, protein and veggie for dinner.

It's time for the losses to slow so that doesn't have anything to do with this. The main thing is how you feel. It sounds like your dose is off. Since you didn't skip, it will take 2-3 days for you to know if the new dose is right. I'd either skip tomorrow or if you're feeling a bit better by tonight, stay on the 150.

Ok where did you get your hcg from? You should not have only a .2 loss only on day 7 the diets states .5 to 1lb a day. It sounds like you probably got a bad batch of hcg some fake ass knock off. If you feeling all shaky and shit, that probably because you are starving.

Kavetra... I doubt it's bad hcg. It's very normal to have days of very little or no loss and then other days will a larger loss.

stalls are completely normal.. i went for almost 8 days fluctuating and then i had a big loss.. i think the HCG is fine... i think its blood sugar and i would go with the advice of Robbi and spread the meals out and eat alittle extra protein.. do you have a sugar /glucos meter? i bought one so i can test regularly.. im not diabetic but i would use it just to see whats going on and if you need to do anything about it.. or rule blood sugar out completely...

hopes that helps best of luck and praying for you HCG sister :)

kavetra- it's actually very common to stall after your first vlcd week- i do every time.

nikki- remember that hunger, weight loss and shakiness are all different things. feeling shaky is generally low blood sugar, so adding protein or eating more frequently as robbi suggested would help. your weight loss is primarily from the vlcd, so you can pretty much ignore than stat as long as you're following protocol. how hungry you are determines the correct dose. if you decreased your dose without skipping a day to see what happened to your hunger, you might have actually tweaked your dose in the wrong direction (and you needed to go up, not down). i'd skip tomorrow and see what happens.

kavetra, you'll find all the hype is wrong. LOL That's how much you lose ON AVERAGE. To get that average, we often have 7-10 day stalls in the middle. Or 2 or 3 day stalls followed by better losses. It's very normal for the first week to be higher than the 1 pound average then later in the protocol to have losses much smaller. The problem is the hunger. The stall is normal.

okay so I got my stuff from Doyle so I know it's good I just was not sure if dropping it could have messed it up. And I am going to skip today because I am such a dork and the last 2 days of my 3 on the lower does I was still giving myself 175 so I am all wacked out. I was looking over my records on my other rounds and I noticed that when I get to a weight that I have been at for a while in the past I tend to tick away at it by .2 until I get through it. It will all work out I will let you all know how I feel tonight. If I feel better than I think I may try the 150-160 mark tomorrow and if not I will go up to about 180-190. Until this round I did not know you could tweek the dose to make your hunger go away. So I am super excited that I am gonna get it right and im going to loose this last 13 pound of right fat and be done forever!!!!!!!!!!!:)

Oh yes! The dose is huge. And it's important not to have hunger because that's an indication that you are losing the wrong kind of fat. Your body will try to replace that fat when you hit P3 so it's crucial not to let hunger go on. I usually drop by 25 iu when I'm adjusting the dose. I'm seeing more and more people doing well on 150 iu. I think the stuff we get now is just so much stronger than it used to be.
