Ok yall this is a P2 hearty HCG version of Jambalaya that's gone make you want to stand up and smack yoe mamma, lol

    1. 3 oz shrimp
    2. 3 oz chicken breast cut in chunks
    3. 1tbsp of coconut oil
    4. tbsp of minced garlic
    5. 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, rosemary, cummin, thyme, basel, caraway seed, salt
    6. 1/4 cup of chopped onions

Ok mix all these together in a skillet or either in a boiler until done.
next cut up 1 celery stalk, and cut about 10 grape tomatoes in half
next after your meat ingredients is done, add your celery, grape tomatoes, another tbsn of garlic and a teaspoon of chili powder with 2 1/2 - 3 cups of water.
let simmer for about 30 minutes on low.

Pour in a bowl and eat with your melba
this will be less than 500 cal.

Enjoy I sure did ate a huge bowl was full and past out sleep on the sofa...lol and released 1.4 lbs that next mourning

I used these same instructions and replaced the meat with 6oz of lean ground beef and had a hearty chili. Also did this with 3 oz of lean ground beef, and 3 oz of angus steak chopped in pieces and had a southwestern style chili, each time there is no affect to my diet other than continued weight loss each morning of 1.0+ pds. I hope this can break up the same ole same ole a little bit.

Also for desert i buy a bag of frozen strawberries, pour in a bowl, add 10 packs of stevia and let it sit over night. It forms juicy plumb sugary sweet strawberries in its on juice. DELICIOUS. Eat these two (Jambalaya and strawberry delight) together on a sunday afternoon after church and you have that "grandma's sunday after meeting meal" again. :o)

    My stats:
    VLCD day 1 8/13/2010 237 lbs
    VLCD day 30 209 lbs
10 more days to go and loving the DIET.

Hon, nothing about this is P2 friendly, I'm sorry to say. WAY too much meat. You're only allowed 3.5 ox per meal. You aren't to mix your vegetables. Coconut oil isn't allowed on P2.

Girl yeah... last saturday I ate a big azz 8oz porter house steak, and still dropped 1.4lbs sunday morning... go kavetra you loss weight go kaverta you loss weight yeahhhhhh....lol. I think the fact that I drink like a galon and a half of water, and I take like amino acids that like enhances my hcg to over drive. The amino acids was a secret tip from my GYN of all people, but then again hcg is a pregnancy hormone so I guess a GYN would know things about HCG that others dont. But I know definately for a fact the amino acids is aiding. I even ate 4 tlbs spoons of Salsa in a hcg taco salad recipe I came up with and loss .8lbs. I'm averaging damn near a pound a day.

ok have yall womenz read the book? Where are you getting the only 3.5 oz? Ok get the original journal Pounds & Inches A NEW APPROACH TO OBESITY BY: DR. A.T.W. SIMEONS SALVATOR MUNDI INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL 00152 - ROME VIALE MURA GIANICOLENSI, 77, then go to page 23 depending on what type you are reading, go to the section that says dieting read it slowly it says 100 grams for lunch and the same four choices for DINNER. Ok sistas 100 g = 3.52739 oz and then you eat the same for dinner.

    excerpt from original medical jounal

    The Diet

The 500 Calorie diet is explained on the day of the second injection to those patients who will be preparing their own food, and it is most important that the person who will actually cook is present – the wife, the mother or the cook, as the case may be. Here in Italy patients are given the following diet sheet.
Breakfast: Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or other sweeteners may be used.
    Lunch:

    1. 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed raw from the bird.
    2. One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.
    3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.
    4. An apple or an orange or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit.

Dinner : The same four choices as lunch.

ok ladies 100 g at lunch and 100 grams at dinner = 7.054 ounces

The key is to stick to no more than 500 cal.

shidddd lol only 3.5 oz a day no wonder some of yall is all hungry as hell, and you loosin slow cause you have protein edema.

Kavetra, there is a misunderstanding here. It is, indeed, 3.5 oz meat twice a day and that is what is being promoted on this forum. Your recipe has both portions in what appears to be one meal so that is where the ruffled feathers came from (and the mixed veggies and the oil). Dr. S was also clear not to eat 2 things together like skipping the breadstick for lunch and eating 2 at dinner; eating both portions of protein at the same meal etc...

Some people are strict protocol-tarians and some are a little "rogue" and will mix veggies and maybe add a little coconut oil on P2 (not sure who does that but I think I have seen a person or two mention it).

Your recipe is appreciated and looks great. Just be prepared if it does not meet protocol strictly, there will be attention brought to that fact so that new people don't get confused (which is so easy to do!), it's nothing personal. ;-)

im not taking amino acids.. im taking some digestive enzymes though .. im taking the injections given to me by my health and wellness doctor.. we're just following protocol... and its not so much hungry .. after the first week it seems pretty normal to just eat the 100g of protien a day.. but different things work for different people... but i think most of us follow the protocol strict with a capital T...
