    I'll be loading this weekend an dont want to eat all the bad stuff. I have read that avacados are good fat that I should eat on loading days but what else? TIA

    Coconut oil, olive oil, nuts and nut butters, regular butter. Those are all good.

    Thanks for the reply...but how do you eat coconut oil? Is it like olive oil? Should I drink it? (sorry if this sounds stupid) . Thanks again.

    I fry stuff in it. I also add it to candy. :) Some people take a spoonful of it but that just sounds gross to me. LOL

    you'll generally gain less with your loading if you eat high fat but low carb. cheese, nuts, tops off pizza (without the crust), lots of butter on veggies, bacon, sausage, fatty meats, cheese, eggs (especially yolk).
