    Hello all,

    I'm starting my 3rd round of sub-lingual HCG today and would love to have others join who are starting or just want to share advice/support/tips. Its been a bit of a roller coaster for me and I'm making a commitment to the diet and maintenance in hopes of this being my last round.

    When I finished my last round I was at 152.5, but found to stabilize at 155 :( Then after resuming work-outs and not even adding in starch/sugar, I have gone up another 2. I've done steak days and everytime lose with the weight coming back. I do feel like I did not add things in slowly enough and it caught up with me!

    So, this time... NEW ROUND, NEW WAY! 23 days of drops with extreme diligence :) Must admit I am very nervous about loading, but here it goes.
    Goal weight: 145
    Day 1: 157 - loading day

    I am right with you!! I started my drops today as well. Eating a PP&J right now LOL!!
    I am new with this so any tips you can give I will take! I am nervous with the 500 cal days because I LOVE to eat!

    This may seem like an odd question but when you put the drops under your tongue, do you put your tongue down? I leave mine up and just let it sit there for 5 minutes.
    Anyway here are my stats:
    Goal weight: 130
    Day 1: 153 - loading day

    Hopefully we can reach our goal together!!

    Hey guys!!! I started day 1 of VLCD today!! Glad to see others in that boat....I have quite a bit more to lose tho than you guys....hoping I can stick it out & see results!!!

    Yay! Ok, we can support each other through this.. trust me, this forum can be a life saver. When I'm sitting around late at night craving a snack, I make sleepytime tea and just get on here and read for motivation, advice, recipes, etc.

    krc, when I do my drops I do relax my tongue down and keep my teeth together, but I keep myself very busy during that 10 min so I don't even think about it. Actually this morning, I did it while I was walking my dog and ended up holding for 15 before I even realized it! A lot of times, I do it while answering emails, making coffee/tea or while I'm showering. You will find the 500 cals to be sufficient and you still have energy to boot, surprisingly enough! Drink tons of water! The hardest part is being around others eating. I'm very lucky to have my boyfriend doing the diet with me so we cook and prepare food together. Search recipes on the site to keep things new and exciting.. you'll be surprised what you find. I'll post some of my faves.

    Today loading I had a mocha, pop-tart and a ton of almond butter for breakfast, almonds and a kitkat for a snack, favorite pizza restaurant for lunch, more almonds and some ice cream for an afternoon snack. Not sure whats for dinner now.. need to get more good fats in.

    One good pointer is the last time I loaded, I had WAY too much sugar/starch and ended up gaining a lot and feeling awful.. so this time, I'm trying to focus on good fats, hence all the almond butter, ha! I need to get some more avocado, oils and stuff like that in. I've been downing the water though! I love to eat too, and that is another reason I'm doing another round. My #1 goal other than weight loss is to focus on reintroducing the foods slowly in P3 so I can really pinpoint my sensitivities b/c I've ended up gaining after both rounds I've done. I also cheated with silly things like mixing vegetables, deodorant, sugar free coffee creamer and not weighing my meat.

    This time:
    drinking green tea instead of coffee
    not mixing veggies
    skipping melba toast as much as possible
    weighing everything
    oil-free deodorant

    Anyone else loading/starting a round of hcg?! I'm in my last night of loading and never been so excited to only have 500 calories tomorrow! I'm up quite a bit, but know it will come off quickly.

    VLCD1! Loading wasn't very nice to me.. have a stuffy nose, bloated stomach and just flat out tired, yuck. I even ate a lot of P3 foods.. oh well, 500 calorie time!

    Hi everyone

    I am looking for motivation!

    Day 14: 142.6
    Goal: 125
    I cannot stay on this diet once the weekend rolls around. I am so frustrated!! If it was possible to get through one weekend I would have a chance. Does Anyone else do this. I am so disappointed in my self. How does everyone get through their days? Help!!

    Hi Jen! I am too so glad to see you. I had a really hard time my first round too, but the 2nd and now my 3rd my boyfriend is doing it with me. It is SO much easier having someone in it with you for support! We cook together and hold each other accountable. If you know anyone who wants to do it with you, I highly suggest it! If not, just stay focused and I drink a lot of tea and would get on here at times when I was hungry and craving and just read about others success adn get motivated to keep going. I just read about miracle noodles on another post and I actually have a big box of noodles in my pantry I was saving for P3, but others have been eating them in P2 with no gain! They have zero calories, zero everything.. basically made of fiber. Have you heard of them? I bought mine on their website, but some have had luck at the local grocery or Asian market.

    Now, I need to follow my own advice b/c I've had 2 rounds of doing the diet and then gaining in maintenance. That's why I started this post also.. even if only 3 people join, I want to be held accountable.
