    Just got my order from Fran's and the directions are to mix 14 mls bac water with the 5000 iu HCG. I saw on another thread (from robbi) to mix 10 ml bac water with a 5000 iu vial. Is that for injections?

    oh sorry, see that your subject says sublingual.

    I prefer to mix at 10 ml total so there is not as much liquid under the tongue. You can mix anyway you want, it is the iu in the dose that matters.

    If you have 1ml PREMIXED (already liquid, not a powder) then add 9 ml of your mixing liquid to make a 10 ml total. Then you have 500 iu per ml and can do .5 ml for 250 iu per dose or .4 ml for 200.

    Clear as mud?

    Gee, Min, thanks! I never thought of having a lot more liquid to hold under my tongue! I was just going to follow the directions given. (strangely, they don't tell you not to eat/drink/brush teeth for 15 minutes before AND after...!) But when I saw that dramatic difference on another thread earlier, I thought why am I supposed to dilute so much??? Thought it might be a difference between sublingual and injections.

    My Hucog is liquid, so I'll do the 9 ml bac water, rather than 14. May have to order another batch part way thru - since this won't take me as far as planned. It is a 43 day kit that I bought. But at this rate, I'll be using one of the 3 ml of Hucog in less than a week! So I will be lucky to get three full weeks out of it, right?

    I don't start hCG till Tuesday, but am leaving in a.m. for son's wedding this weekend and will get back late Monday. I guess I will have to see after I start VLCD if I am hungry or not - to know how long it's going to last me. (I did Celeste's my first round and was not successful. <9 lbs. in 42 days...> I did find out I was doing a couple things wrong, but I wanted to have my best shot from here on out, so wanted to do REAL.)

    Nancy, at 250iu 2x a day a 5000 iu vial last about 10 days at best. I think it's 13, 14 for the 200 iu 2x a day. It is a lot more hCG than injections.

    I did 2 rounds of subligual and always felt a "background" hunger. I think when you finally go off hCG and back to "reality" you realize what hunger really feels like but doing injections this time, I am definitely less "hungry" although not exactly FULL! ha ha. Hunger is an odd concept, imo. You would think it is black and white but I don't think it is unless you are truly not eating. (we are programmed to eat more than 500 cals a day so you have fight that natural instinct and then there is craving and emotional craving etc...)

    I did try to follow the 15 minute rule as best I could. It's not like you spend much time eating on this diet ha ha.

    I think you will do smashingly, so, happy losing!

    Hey, doll, I got my hucog from Fran. And it is from India. I tried hcgboutique.com and it sounds like it is homeopathic - I saw somewhere it said it comes from Denver! Then I tried thehcgboutiqe.com and it didn't take me to a site, rather a list of sites. If I need more product, you can give me a better website.

    RE: hunger, it's not a huge issue for me as I have been a very controlled eater for most of my life. I didn't gain my weight by overeating or eating just junk. I have eaten a very healthy diet for years, that is - not much junk food! I don't eat fast food or chips/cookies/cake/pie/candy (would love to, but I'm short and CANNOT!) Not much liquor either and I really miss that! Something in my system changed about four years ago (might be related to my severe IBS with extreme constipation - prior to that I alternated between diarrhea and constipation. Don't know what changed...) Anyway, I just slowly have gained 40 lbs in the last four years. (Actually 12 lbs. last year: 4 with a medication change, 4 on NutriSystem <more food than I normally ate!> and 4 on WW <same as Nutrisystem!>)

    I was amazed I really wasn't hungry most of the time on hhCG. So I am looking forward to that again....and this time, I am expecting to see the scale to continue to go down, down, down! That's what I am really looking forward to!

    hcgboutique.com - is it in Utah and one in Dallas, TX?
