    Hey all, I Posted this on the new forum but no response yet so I'll try here while I can! Today my kidneys have been pretty sure, almost like a kidney infection but my urine is clear so i can't tell if it is "cloudy". Has anyone else had this problem??

    Also, what is the calcium supplement that is used for muscle cramps??

    are you drinking a lot of tea? that has caused a problem with some people. or too much water? stay somewhere between 68-80oz.

    most people use a potassium/magnesium supplement for muscle cramps. some also add some calcium.

    I think it was too much water. I feel just fine today but yesterday was no fun!!
