    So I need to know what type of exercise you do to be able to lose more weight. I am doing the injections, the 500 calorie per day diet and had originally planned on doing 40 days but think that I might have to up my intake of HCG which would mean less days on the medications. I was wondering what types of exercise would help me to lose the most weight possible, especially if I am only going to be doing thirty days on the diet.

    IMO, just some light daily cardio will at least burn some extra calories. Walking, swimming, bike, etc. No use in doing any weight resistance since you are on the verge of protein deficiency during P2 so you would only risk injuring yourself. I ran/walked the entire P2 (I had been running before starting) and noticed my energy levels were way down but now I am running 4 miles a day and back to my old level of exertion during workouts. It also helped me stick to a routine that can only help you keep it off and also the mental health benefit cannot be ignored.
