The original info I received was that I could have as much "non caloric" drink as I want. I have been using "Crystal Light" which actually has 5 calories per serving. But that seems to be the only way I can get the water in, (I hate plain water).

Also, I am taking homeopathic drops and I am losing some without too much hunger, but I am wondering if I should switch to the prescription-grade drops in the middle of P2?

Last question, I have been taking thyroid meds for 19 years and have had a hard time losing since then (I was a thin kid and teenager). Does this hinder my weight loss?

    Thanks

Yes those of us on thyroid meds often lose a bit slower. If you're doing fine on hhcg, there's no reason to switch. Crystal Light might be slowing you down. It does many people. :-(

I am a newcomer, first time using the cream from a doctor and he uses a compound pharmacy to formulate. I am on thyroid medicine and am supposed to take a mild diuretic spirolactanate???? for a mild heart issue. Should I stop taking the diuretic and increase my thyroid medicine. Lost 3 lbs on day 4, but the past few days nothing. I am on day 7 tomorrow. Any advice will help. Also may want to purchase another way in the futuer, spent alot of money $$$$ going through the doctor. Not scared of shots. Also saw info about the tongue drops.

are you taking the diuretic for high blood pressure? if so, you'll need to monitor your BP as it may decrease quickly. but i would not change your meds without your doc's approval.

Hi Mgsondance, no got post partum cardiomyopothy from having twins last February, taking correg and mild diuretic for the heart issue, not bad at this point. She started me on the diuretic a few months ago, but it wasn't end all that I had to take it. While now going to be on HCG for a few months, didn't know if I should slow down or stop the diuretic. If it is going to slow my progress during the diet I'd rather lose all the extra baby weight. Is the diuretic causing issues with weight loss? Not sure of its effects. Thanks for your help!

i think if you've been taking it, i would continue with it while on P2.

newbie here on R1P2D11. I've had GREAT results except the last 4 days I've been stuck on the same weight. I did take a multivitamin yesterday due to fatigue. Is this O.K.? It's GNC Women's Ultra Mega (not sure if the brand matters). Also, Will taking a Complete Body Cleansing Program (also from GNC) help promote more weight loss?
    -thank you!!!
