mgsondance - so if I am in phase 3 and still have more weight to lose, I should skip Phase 4 and go straight back to Phase 2? I'm doing homeopathic drops.
for your 6 wk break, some people do the entire time on P3, others do 3 wks of P3 and then 3 wks of P4. i think it's good to "practice" P4, because each person has to figure out what they can and can not eat without gaining weight.
