I did two rounds of shots and lost 25lbs total. I am having hair lost a month later and this is freaking me out too! I would not have done this if I was told this was a side affect. I am going shopping for the regenemax. Hope it works. This is scary!

Does anyone know if you can take the RegeneMax during P2? -
CarimelDream - I was wondering that too - if we can take Regenemax during P2? I am going to start my 3rd round Sept 1 and have been taking Regenemax for a few weeks because I had a significant amount of hairloss the last 2 months after Round 2. I didn't know to take B12 shots or drops during the rounds. I am a little hesitant to do another round (only need to do 1 more) for the fear of losing all my hair!!! I lost 28lbs first round (35 days) and 20 lbs (33 days) so It has really worked for me. Any thoughts anyone?

Any time you loose a lot of weight in a short amount of time you will have hare loss. It will come back. Some loose more than others but everyone I know that has done hcg or other diets and lost a lot of weight have scene hair loss, but their hair grew back.

Thanks Sezzy! It's just really hard when tons of hair just comes out all the time! I had long hair that went to my bra strap that took four years to grow and I just had to get 10 inches cut off since it was so stringy and thin. But, it really is a small price to pay for 48 lbs gone. Also, any suggestions on vitamins, or supplements for me before I start my next round?
