    i like having it because even after i reach my goal weight, i'm pretty sure my body fat will still be high- so i'm hoping to feel better enough to exercise and gain a bit of muscle weight back.

    ok so here i am in P4. two days in a row been at 214.2. WTH was i fightin all during P3 to stabilize for when it just came to me in P4 so easily!? anyways, next round is in january.

    Hi all!
    Moving over to P4. Any advice from those in P4?? I'm nervous to add things in! Hubby and I went out of town today for a football game, and I realized how carb-heavy everything in our restaurants is!! We stopped to get an appetizer on our way to tailgate, and everything was either breaded, or chips and dip. Then went tailgating and there was tons of crackers and tortilla wraps, etc. I realized just how little protein I was getting in my old ways of eating! Anyhoo, I had stopped and gotten some cheese and meat and almonds for tailgating, so at least I had that!

    Looking forward to P4, but have NO idea how to start "introducing" things back in!

    Oooo - cool. We'll have a whole big group in here, just lounging around, eating cocoa crack bon-bons - HA HA!

    Metz - I've had luck with adding in one thing at a time and rotating my starches, having one starch per day (I'm in week 2 of P4). I've also been dealing with some food allergy issues too so it's been interesting. I'm basically still eating P3 with one starch per day. When I'm stabilized at that I may try to add in two every other day or something like that. We do a lot of football and basketball games at my house - I'm learning to just pack my snacks and hide them in the bottom of my purse when we go into the arena (gotta love all those zipper pocket thingies). Funny thing is, now hubby is grossing out over the "food" at the bball games, and he's not even been on the protocol!

    Anybody else in here kind of concerned about Thanksgiving? I want to enjoy things but I don't want to throw my body into shock - LOL! Trying to make a plan.
