    Five days. I started last Friday. I've stabilized at 1.5 pounds over my LIW and I was hoping to lose just ONE MORE POUND and stabilize there. Sigh.

    maybe you will, it is still early into it for you.... If I could keep out of the stinking Peanut Butter I am sure I would be doing better!! You sound like you have way more will power then me so you will probably get that pound!

    I thought about cutting out cheese and seeing if that would help. I haven't touched the PB yet but I did have some almonds in a Chinese salad last night. And the stupid thing came with those crunchy noodles in it and I didn't realize. I picked them out as best as I could but I'm sure I missed a few. :(

    Oh, sounds like you are doing everything correct! Yeah, you could try cut back on Cheese see if that helps. I haven't tried nuts yet I just haven't really craved them other then that dang PB, lol. I think you will do it!

    LOL wow you better send me lots of strength then too! That is like my favorite treat right now apples w/ peanut butter.... K I stay away from it today and see if I come down at all tomorrow. I Tried Beef Jerky last night too, the peppered kind, of course after I had a mouth full I read the ingredients and "suger" was on there, dang it.... I didn't gain today but doesn't mean it won't hit the scale tomorrow!
    K I stay of the PB you cut back on Cheese and see what the scales say tomorrow K?

    Good for you! I'm about to go out to eat with my hubby and some of his clients who like my books and I'm considering what I might have with NO cheese! :-)
