It goes like this: P2--->P3 (three weeks)---> P4 R1(three weeks), R2(five weeks), R3(7 weeks), etc. So total amount of time P3 + P4 is 6 weeks or longer. P3 is always three weeks. P4 is what gets longer each round.
Well, I took my last drops at 0700Am today...finally made it to this point...did 40 days...and managed to take off 18 pounds including two (four day) stalls! It wasn't easy...but after lurking here for the last week, learning...I feel the next battle is just beginning! I have purchased a whole NY strip...just to be ready...and I hear it calling my name already!! I love steak..so I am assuming I can eat it alot on this phase, not only if I amm over the 2 pounds? AI also correct that Tuesday morning will be my first day to add P3 food safely? Looking forward to a omelet with some type of meat. I am going to apologize ahead of time, if I ask to many questions. I have learned so much already from Colleen and Mama Maui! For some reason i feel really bloated today...have not felt this way before..everry day is a new adventure, thats for sure!
You can start P3 on Monday morning, pentastarr. At 7 am it's 72 hours and the homeopathic seems to exit the body faster anyway. Excited for you!! Colleen
Ok gotcha. Yesterday was my 1 week mark for P3...so two more weeks then I can move to P4. I will do P4 for 3 weeks then move onto the next round, which should be the day after Christmas. Is it necessary for me to load again?
I would like to be at least 10lbs lighter by Valentines and be able to enjoy a romantic dinner with my husband.
I know! by my 3rd round, I DESPISED loading. But it's necessary. If you stick to low carb, high fat stuff you won't gain as much but I think you're also not as comfortable in the earlier days if you don't gain. Colleen
Ah Valentines day. The single woman's worst day of the year =( (especially a single mom) Oh well I always do something fun with my five year old son =)
