Ok, I made that Almond skillet bread (pancake like). I let it cool first then topped it with a little ham and spicy mustard and tomatoes......YUMMO!!
Awww....it totally hit the spot! I felt so good eating a bread type substance. I had my husband try it, and I almost peed my pants He started freaking out and screaming and saying get me something to drink this is so nasty!!
I am like this is GOOD!! Then I made home made chocolate, unsweetened cocoa, truvia, heavy whipping cream, and a dab of butter all melted in a pan then topped it onto the last little pancake.......my youngest liked it, my older son says, ew that is sick, I need water.

Melfin, maybe you could just have steamed chinese food? I ordered it the other night and added very minimal sauce and I was fine....BUT everyone is different! I would ask if you could have your own special plate with sauce on the side. Do you mind me asking how much you have lost so far?
Kanyenk - that sounds exactly like my family. Only my hubby does it with me so he is tasting the same way I am. He cheats tho and has gained some weight back, won't do steak day so is starting another round today. I told him it was too early but, what can I say, he's a man. He prolly will end up saying it doesn't work cause he don't want to play by the rules.
