    Nah, sounds too healthy, HAHA =) If I am gonna do Chinese food, its gonna be greasy goodness. SHrimp fried rice, sweet and sour spareribs, beef broccoli, noodles, the whole nine yards! Then I will run my yard to the bathroom later, lol.

    I did about 30 days and lost 22.4 pounds, had a slip on Halloween and cost me a week of loses and dropped my weight loss to every other day. Will definitely not cheat next round. I was doing a pound a day before the cheat. I was a size 14 and now I am back in my size 10.

    Yummy just had a hamburger for dinner no bun of course, lettuce, tomato and onion, had some mustard with it, not sure if I can eat that on P3 but ingredients didn't say anything extra added besides salt of course.

    I'm glad to see you have no shyness about the fatty phatness of fattening phat. Fried French Fat in Phat sauce. Yes...I saw your post 6 pages ago....it took me all this time to catch up to you. Well, kiddies....I think I have finally managed to eat enough protein. Now I need to inhale Lake Michigan for my water and I think I'll make it.
    So far I have managed to avoid the plague....but I can feel it trying to catch me. Gargling with salt water, (with phat), Vitamin C in my very liberal Lemon Juice (with phat), Vitamin D ( fried in fatted phat). At this point.....I think I just need to quit playing on the forum playground and just go to bed. G'nite, Johnboy. G'nite Pappy!

    Well, You do a steak day when you are 2.1 over your LDW. I am exactly 2.0. Probably because I went to bed around 2:00 last night, I can feel my throat getting scratchy and feeling that "I'm getting a plague" feeling, most likely did not get enough liquids yesterday....(about 72oz but was on top of the 32 oz diluted coffee...then on top of that late hours...seems like you need more if you stay up late) Plus....looks like bark mulch, drano, liquid plummer and any other explosive substance and I are going to be doing a dance today.

    OK, many thanks to Bessie, I lost 1.6 pound and now am under LIW by 1.2 pounds. On my way to work this morning I thought I would just go to Fry's and grab one of their pre prepped meals (enough to feed two), there is high fructose corn syrup in the ingredients. I swear shopping takes me three times longer now a days. Ended up with 2 steaks, a bag of apple slices, and some pre prepped salad makings. I am one day away from P4, geez.

    lis, you are too hilarious, I just finished three days of ickyness and weight gain, thank God for Bessie, let me know if you need her back. Hope not.
