    So tomorrow morning is my first p3 meal. I cheated a little tonight though and ate a teaspoon of almond butter. It just looked soooo good... and it was! I was planning on having eggs and a little cheese for breakfast. Can I have some ham with that?? I really want to make that German pancake recipe, but I"m worried about having the almond flour on the first day. What do you guys think?? Am I REALLY going to be sick tomorrow?? I hope not cause I have to teach Sunday School at church.

    I wasn't sick the first day but it was a good thing that I didn't leave my house for at least 4 hours after I ate that morning
    I don't know about ham haven't eaten any and I'm on day 14 of P3 just been eating turkey bacon. : )

    wendy - I was sick after my omelette breakfast during the first day of my P3...but I found out when I ate some fruit and more protien, I felt alot better! I would stay away from the ham because it has way to much sodium for your first day. Dont jump right in to all of the P3 foods or you tummy will sure have a fit! Stick to fruits and protiens....you should do alright.

    today was my first day of eating p3 foods- i hope i've had enough- i ate scrambled eggs for breakfast; 2 links of sausage (no fillers) and green beans for lunch; deviled eggs for snack; brisket and deviled eggs, and salad for supper. I am so full I can't imagine I didn't eat enough. I guess we'll see in the morning.

    Oh yes how could I forget, went to the my sister in laws for a birthday party/dinner, she was nice enough to cook me some meat on the side, but i think she cooked it caldo de ummm chicken, lol cant remember how to spell chicken in spanish anyways thats a main spice or additive in a lot of spanish household I had read my label a few days before and it has starch, didn't ask her if thats what she cooked it in but Iguess we'll find out tomorrow.

    Anyway, I got punched in the arm and pinched in the side because my 5 sister in laws were in envy on how much smaller I looked!!!!! Even my 2 brother in laws noticed, yaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy.................

    That totally rocked my ego, lol

    Tomorrow is my first p3 day. I made a roast for my family for dinner. Usually I add that dry onion soup mix, but I noticed that it has corn starch AND sugar so I put in some boullion cubes instead. I think those still have sugar toward the end of the ingredients, but I couldn't find any without it. Even all of the beef and chicken stock has sugar. It's amazing. Am I okay to eat that roast tomorrow. I"m not sure how much to stress about this stuff. What do you guys use for beef or chicken broth without sugar??

    I am 1.8 pounds up and wanted to know what I could do to lower it down before I need a steak day. I heard something about an almost steak day and a high protein day but I don't know what those are. Help please =)
