Hi Colleen, I am pretty sure I had at least 2 liters of water yesterday plus coffee in the a.m. I ate Turkey meat, steamed broccoli, 2 apples, Raspberries (first day of those) some peanut butter on my apples (had that the day before and it didn't do anything with the scale" and some Strawberries. I did eat late tho, last strawberries around 8pm. Only thing new I added was the Raspberries. I did have more peanut butter yesterday then the day before? It just felt like such a good treat, maybe not if that is what made the scale tip? I can't imagine Raspberries doing that?
you are probably right, I should have had MORE Turkey and less Peanut Butter, it just tasted so yummy! But live and learn, doing a steak day today and hoping tomorrows weigh in is better! Thanks
As I eat my peanut butter....waving.....Colleen, love the P3 lounge.....Good luck everyone.....Protein, protein, protein....you can NOT get too much...and WATER!!!!!! Started P3 last Thursday the 20th and the scales are still holding at 117# vacation and all! This diet works if you LIVE IT! Ah, my omelet was sooo good this morning. But as last time, I'm a little icky feeling. I haven't had lunch yet but I'd better do that pretty soon. Colleen
I am drinking water / green tea like crazy, but I feel like I am going to throw up. I am doing a steak day so I can't eat anything till I have a steak later any suggestions? I feel like I want a few saltines, I know I can't have them but yuckkkkkky tummy...
