glad this is back up! I'm on R3D25 Down 15 lbs this round, 47 lbs over all. Loving this protocol. I'm doing a 40 day round and hoping to drop 10 more pounds. -
R3D8 down 8.4lbs. About 14 or so to go. It will probably take me a 40 day round to do that, but its ok.
