    i started a new batch today, so we'll see. i don't feel like i'm retaining as much water today, so hopefully my morning weigh-in will be better.

    thanks carole- i'll try to adjust my attitude!

    i did see the chiropractor today and my balance seems to be better since that, so that's a start. still haven't heard back from my CT scan, though.

    Sorry Margie, didnt want you to feel bad or go away and pout. We are in this together!!! At least you didnt gain 7 lbs during your load days to have to take off again or ten extra pounds the week before like I did. I still have 12 more lbs to lose just to get back to my LIW from last round. So hopefully that makes you feel a little better!!! You are way ahead of the game!!! I am just trying to catch up!!!

    i was pretty proud that i started this round only .2# up from my LIW, which was over 6 wks ago. but wish i hadn't gained that 4 on the load.... hard to see people losing so much and not even be back to square one yet!

    Are you having balance problems? Are you taking anything to help? Meclizine, if used for balance is an Rx. But Bonine, used for motion sickness is the same drug and same strength (25 mg)....many times that helps if it's inner ear. Just something for the circular file. :)
