Well as Barb suggested, it's time that we had a Lounge for all the homeopathic hcg users here. Come and discuss your experiences whilst on the hhcg drops. Did they work for you? Did you experience hunger? Headaches? Most important of all, did you lose weight?

The hhcg Lounge isn't going to be flashy or have hot-tubs or bars. There are just a few of us here and we do things in a small way. No bulky paraphernalia with pointy needles and refrigerators full of potions that need to be kept cold and dark. Just tiny bottles that can be kept with you anywhere, under any conditions. We'll have some comfortable chairs where we can relax and chat. And then when we've chatted and discussed all the possible discussions on hhcg, we can go and join the others in their luxurious P2, P3 and P4 lounges.

Anyone coming in for a visit?

And have you stabilized? I'm very curious about it for a good friend. And what brands have you used? How often did you take drops?

I definitely am! I am just ending my first week of P3 after my first Round of 25 days using the hhcg - I had a total loss of 20.5 lbs with no hunger, and a slight headache just the first few days. After that the biggest challenge was eating all that chicken!!!!! I honestly had to go off after 25 days just to get away from the chicken! Even though this is homeopathic, I feel I should follow Protocol as closely as possible including 6 weeks between Round 1 and Round 2. Then I will see how long I can go on Round 2 before needing to go into P3.

I have several rounds to do, as I have to lose a total of 69 lbs (20.5 of that all ready gone - YAY!!) to get to 150 where I feel I would be most comfortable, BUT if you look at the charts, they say I should lose 100+ lbs and be down around 115. I was probably that weight when I was in Jr. High (oops, now called Middle School - guess I'm showing my age!!) Photos I have of myself at that weight show me looking pretty skeletal - not a pretty sight, so maybe 115 is too slim for me.

I absolutely love the homeopathic - there is NO WAY I could do injections, and while I looked at doing the Sublingual, all that mixing and stuff just seemed too confusing. When I saw there was the homeopathic drops, I thought, why not? I could always change over to the Sublingual if this didn't work, but I am absolutely THRILLED with 20.5 lbs - and with NO HUNGER.

My first week of P2 was a roller coaster, but I think I have it sorted out now. On P2 I did .5 cc 3 times a day, just before meals, and nothing by mouth including water for 15-20 minutes before or after the drops, and I let the drops sit under my tongue as long as I could. Sometimes that was 5 minutes, sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes longer, depending upon what I was doing at the time. After that I would wait 15-20 minutes and then I would sit down and eat if my meal was ready by then.

The brand I used was not Mediral - it was from diyhcg and was a teal label and a 2 oz bottle.

I'm on R1P2D21. I've lost 16.4 lbs and only had hunger for the first few days. hhcg is so easy and I'm more comfortable with it then trying the other. I do worry a little about stabilizing. I start P3 on Tues. Then 3 week break and then trying for a 40 day round before the holidays. I'll take the holidays off and start again in Jan. Hopefully only 1 long round but maybe wil need 2. I still have 55-60 lbs to go. I've been able to stick with the protocol just fine and haven't cheated once. But I've always been an all or nothing person. Knowing exactly what I can and cannot have is easy for me. P3 scares me because there are fewer guidelines and P4 terrifies me. Hope I can stabilize and control myself too. Glad we have our own place where we can get each other's support and help.

well bout time for us hhcg user...but we are the kind to just sit back, watch, and learn before we dive into anything. The energy in this room is sooo calm and relaxing...I think I like this lounge the best .
serious note, first round in June, short one lost 14 pounds. stabilized well in P3, went directly to R2P2 with no P4. lost another 14 pounds on short round, now on day 7 of R2P3. Had to do a steak day yesterday (I knew it was coming, i really blew it on Monday..Labor Day). actually was only up 2.2 above LIW and as of this morning down 3.8 pounds or -1.6 below LIW. Steak days are amazing, had no idea, didn't need one on my first round at all. Took Medrial brand also, had no hunger issues at all. have lost the average of .5 per day and am amazed cuz of how close i am getting to 'ideal' weight. think i'll take a little nap. so restful here.

Well it's great to see you all here! Thanks for dropping in!

Cindi, I agree that it's calm and relaxing in here. Hhcg is so easy, despite some people commenting that you have to remember to take it 3 times a day. My feeling is that it is the aperitif before the meal. You don't forget to eat your meals, do you? So why would you not remember to take your hhcg 15 minutes before eating? I love those moments whilst holding it under the tongue.... it means that in a few short moment, I will be enjoying a meal.

Travelfan, I know just what you mean about chicken! I too, got so fed up with eating it and was glad that I decided to only do a short round last time. We can do anything for 23 days but chicken for 43 days without a break is too much.

I have been using Mediral hhcg and I'm very happy with it. I lost 22.8lbs on my first round of 43 days and then did 23 days of P3 (stabilizing well) and then straight onto R2. I lost 19.2lbs on my 2nd round of 31 days and then went onto P3. This time I didn't stabilize so well and went up 3.2lbs after the first week. Then I had a binge day and ate some things that I shouldn't have. But it had to be done! I was in a bad place and decided to eat a packet of potato chips and some honey covered peanuts. And I also ate 4 squares of chocolate. But then I got back on the horse and decided to get onto the next round after 14days of P3. I was now ready to eat chicken again ! I'm now on day 3 of vlcd and I'm down 6.5 lbs. I may do 23 days but I'm going to see how it goes.

I have another 35 lbs to lose but I will get there eventually.
