    Yep! those nuts made me gain, I am still within my 2 pound gain allowance but I know if I keep eatign them too much I will gain more! I don't want to quit eating them altogether, I actually look forward to that treat, they are so yummy! but I guess I'll have to cut back and eat less of them =( Thank you for the answers to my question!!!

    Michele - just eat the nuts in moderation & make sure you load up more on the protein you know was working in P2!! At least your still in the 2lb range that is good :o) Remember your in the stabilizing stage right now so trial & error :o) Plus remember you already started running again maybe your building up a little bit of muscle mass maybe??? I started walking just a little the other day so I can gear up for P3 next week. I would like to start using my gazelle again but I am scared of gaining because of it :/ I think I am going to hold off until I stabilize & get on P4!! Keep up the good job - and I know your grilling ribs tonight girlfriend so use moderation LOL I'm dreaming of ribs right now I LOOOOVEE ribs with lots of yummy bbq sauce...sigh :/ have a good one :o)

    lis, thanks so much for the info! You're gonna love P3! Just had a snack of Green Pepper w/Cream Cheese. Waited 45 days for that treat.

    Nuts are pretty starchy. I can tell bc i crave them, lol. Peanut butter (not technically a nut but a bean) is going to be my little devil i'm going to have to deal with.

    Annette, infrared saunas are really gentle heat, but the heat penetrates and detoxifies you. Same with jade mats.

    Well i am down .6 after my little dinner at the sushi restaurant last night, not bad! I want another one, lol.

    Hey gale, you can take more if you need to. A lot of the people here seem to have upped their dosage. The .5cc actually seems to be a bit low from what I've been reading others are taking. I started out about that level and went up quite a bit to get on an even keel. I'm taking 10 drops 5-6 times a day, and that seems to be doing it for me. I tried doing 20 drops 3 x a day, but spreading them out to half that twice as often seems to be working better for me. Good luck!

    Elaine - I am going to have to look into that infared thing :o) I'm glad the sushi worked for you! Right now I'm feeling really quesie (totally spelt that wrong but having a blank moment) don't know why. I just had some cabbage with chicken cooked in a little braggs, ACV & water hoping it would help. NOPE - ughh I don't like this feeling. I have a ton of things to do today once the grandkids get picked up so I better start feeling a little better quick! I'm drinking some tea right now to see if it helps.

    I also went through my food journal & compared it to my weights. Nothing seems to be making lose more or stall. I just seem to flucuate these past 2 weeks. I will either go down .2 - .4, stay the same or gain .2 then the next day I will lose 1.+ this has been the pattern so I am not stressing over the small gain this morning because I know tomorrow I will be down again. I'm on VLCD20 today so I am trying to decide if I want to go to P3 this week or if I want to wait for a stall. I have 1 unopened bottle left that I will need to open before I actually get to day 23 so I may try & just finish the bottle if my weight keeps going the way it has been. My goal was 20lbs this first round & I am so close right now I'm at 18.6!!! We will see how the next few days go. I have already started looking into next round & which route I am going to go. I'm thinking about making Christmas Eve & Christmas Day my load days. I want to be done before February when I go to Vegas for my anniversary so I am trying to plan everything now :o)

    Today is day 21 for me and i'm soooo close to 20. If you go on P3 i will have to read about everything you are eating and drool all over my keyboard.

    LOL hey were are neck & neck here!! So is Erecca! I'm glad that your feeling so much better too :o) Are the shots working better now? I am really thinking about doing them the next round. So are you going to go 23 or try for 40 this round if you go for 40 you will be drooling for sure because I am starting to plan my first few days :o) BUT today as I was thinking about it I started to get a little scared. I have worked so hard at getting to this point that I am afraid of blowing it or gaining part of me started thinking about keeping close to P2 LOL But I am so ready for a change & a few extra goodies in my diet. I plan on being sooooo careful you probably won't have to much to drool over. Although, I do think I am going to try that mug cake at some point :o)

    Thanks Brandeline for the advice. Will try more and see how I feel. Just wasn't sure how much you can take without having other problems.
