Gale the only thing my husband and I noticed when we upped the drops to 20 at a time was that they didn't seem to absorb quite as well under the tongue, and both of us experienced a short bout of morning nausea in that general time frame. (He had his on a separate day, one day before I did.) I'm not sure that the upped dose was responsible for the nausea, but it's possible. When I cut it back to just 10 drops at a time and just took them more often, I felt a lot less hungry, they absorbed better, and today honestly, I feel fabulous and sort of generally content. :) I think I have my dose right!

Just take it slowly when you increase yours till you find the level that works for you. Everyone's body is a little different.

    Beestly, Brandeline, Annette,
I am the one who went up to 35 drops 3x per day. I started with 10 3x dy. I kept on being hungry and weak. I'm taller than the average bear. Searched on line...it said you should not be hungry and to up the drops. Went back to Linda Prinster's book..she says..if you are weak, or quite hungry....then up the drops by one per dose ..wait a day and see how that works for you. If you need more repeat. I had also read on a different thread a person who lived next to a doctor said you could go up to 36 drops 3x dy.
The hhcg drops are pretty mild and the dosages don't necessarily correlate to the pharmaceutical. If you scroll down on the page at Rebekahspureliving.com under where you have the info on buying the hhcg there is a bunch of good info there about how many drops equals cc's or iu's etc. I must admit...for me it seemed like I had to up the drops by 5 every week. I've been hungry off and on pretty much the whole time. But it doesn't didn't keep me up through the night usually. Drinking 96 oz of tea a day in addition to 32 oz of coffee per day helped me get through. Good luck to you. I'll be around...I've got minimum one more round in Jan. ; ) lisa

    Hi all,

Just for my clarification, homeopathic and sublingual drops are two different things, is that correct?

On phase 2, other than fluids listed on the protocol, has any one tried Crystal Light, Flavored Sparkling water, and other artificially sweetened drinks. I've taken a liking to Perrier but it's not cheap.

Srawberry Thank you so much for seeing me as an inspiation, it made me feel very good to read your post when I was feeling so down this morning.

Annette, Yes running might be making me a little muscle heavy, I bulk up pretty quick when I work out but I admit I went a little crazy with the nuts and even though I thought I was moderate with those ribs I might not have been. But like stawberry said "trial and error".

Beestly, Thanks for your comment on the nuts being starchy, honestly that didn't even cross my mind, thanks for bringing it to my attention.

I LOVE YOU ALL AND KEEP LOSING!!!

Nutshell-way to go! I will check out your link for avon when i am ready to order, thanks a bunch!

Brandeline-I experienced morning sickness my very first day. But it only lasted a day.

Doc-I have heard 2 diet soft drinks a day, but that goes against no artificial sweetners. I am missing my diet pepsi. I am drinking Yogi fasting tea (walmart) it is flavored with cin oil, but it doesn't seem to bother the weightloss.

QUESTION: Can you take ibuprofren for headaches? I know it suggests aspirn, but just wondering. I have a small headache, that's all though. feeling good on R1P2VLCD2...176 start weight, 181.1 load weight...today 174.6 TA DA!
    Blessings to all...

    Chasing,
thanks! I'll try drinking some cyrstal light and see how it goes...:-)
aspirin and ibuprofen both are non-steroidal anti-inflammory drugs. Just make for sure for either med you take with food.
    My two cents....

Doc Vertigo, We are currently sparingly drinking the Zevia sodas that have the stevia sweetener. (Only one a day or every other day) Also, we're sometimes using club soda with some of the flavored stevia drops, or using our fruit servings to make the soda water stevia a little more interesting. Of course, you can really only get away with making an apple-tini once a day or so. :) Or try using your allowance of lemon juice and stevia to make lemonade?
