I didn't take my drops tonight :o) Wed morning you will find me at the waffle shop eating bacon & eggs :o) Tonight my hubby bbq'd ribs, we had agratin potatoes, rolls, asparagus... ugh I was so tempted to have 1 small rib but I didn't :o) I had him throw my chicken on there but I didn't like it :( it shrunk & got a little hard so I filled up on mostly asparagus. I'm tempted to make 1 small egg because I am hungry. I am going to get an apple in a little while & see if that helps.

Hi Everyone! I'm new to this forum and I am having such a HARD time on this diet! I'm glad I found this website...hopefully it will give me that extra motivation to get me through the next few weeks. Does anyone know if broccoli is ok to eat on this diet? I have frozen broccoli florets that I just boil...is that ok for the veggie as long as I keep track of calories? I actually started this diet a couple of weeks ago and lost 9 lbs within 5 days. Since then I will start really well in the morning but by night I'm back to eating normal foods...so I've really messed up the diet the last little while. I've decided to just restart today with my VLCD and hopefully I can stick to it because I really want this weight GONE!

hmflowers- no broccoli is not part of the protocol. This diet is a mental game & you have to stand your ground with yourself! When you feel like eating "normal" look at how much you have lost & jump on here for support & inspiration. It really helps! How many drops are you taking & how many times a day? Maybe somebody on here can help you get this together :o)

Annette, i can't believe you're going on P3 already! I feel like we're all in the trenches and you're being discharged to go home, lol. I can't wait to hear about your meal out. I confess i fantasize at least a couple of times a day about P3.

The funny thing is i have tried to eat a P3 diet numerous times, and did do it for Lent last year, but could never stick to it. Now a P3 diet sounds so luxurious. My ultimate goal is to only eat carbs on special occasions as i function best without them, and i'm a big believer in the Primal Body Primal Mind diet.

Good luck on your last two days!

I know I have to take it slow & really watch it. I have come to far to let it come back now :/ Just think you will be on it in a couple of weeks AND enjoying AZ!!!!

OK, now that I am officially in P3, does that mean I can't be a part of this homeopathic group anymore? I know I don't post much but I read a lot. It has become somewhat of a chore to read through some of the threads as they are very lengthy. I think if it was broken up into say part 1, part 2, etc., it would be easier. Even for some of the other threads that have gotten a huge amount of pages long. Does that make sense to anyone else? For some of the new people just beginning the reading, it is overwhelming. Just a thought.

fire-- I think that it would be nice to have it divided up, but I remember reading somewhere that the person in charge of the site has fallen off the face of the earth and margie can't get a response of any kind from her.
And I see no reason why you can't stay! Why would you think you couldn't come here anymore? I have a strong feeling the P3 is going to be tougher for those of us on hhcg than those who did RX and we need the support no matter what! Besides your thoughts, opinions, trials and errors are going to be a welcoming voice to those who are just starting!

I think that is a smart idea Deb. I know last night I spent the entire night reading the P3 page to get some tips! i was tired & it took forever! Why can't we just start a new homeopathic P3 thread for those of us that use hhcg for their round & have graduated to P3 then do one for P4? What do you guys think?
