    All,
well I toyed with flavored sparkling waters yesterday and today and to my suprise, I was down 1.4 lbs. Now I'm not condoning going off the protocol but I just curious. I also found the sweetness of the water and carbonation from the water to be satifying. Too early to tell but will post tomorrow after drinking more. Again not trying to throw anyones protocol off but I'm just toying with sugar free drinks.
    My two cents....

Pensoul - I so feel your pain! Since my hubbys heart attack we rarely ever eat red meat, I use olive oil & canola oil, lots of fresh veggies & fruits, low fat , low cholesterol lots of turkey & chicken & yet my cholesterol was going up as well as the BP & the weight... grrrr I was so frustrated. I know some of it has to do with stress, but still. We also walk a lot & chase grandkids around. I'm not that big of a sweet eater either (except for my occassional milky way :/) Now that I am on this I am losing!!! I love it!!

Doc - good for you!! I can't wait to see what the scale says tomorrow for you. I want a SOBE Life water so bad, but I was reading the ingredients & it has wheat or something like that in it. I was so bummed. I miss that more than my diet coke which is hilarious since I'm a diet coke addict :/

Well today is the first full day of no drops & it hasn't been bad at all. I have been super busy & besides being hungry because I forgot to bring something while I was at the school, I have been fine! I actually can feel things "melting" today :o) I love love love that feeling :o)

PS - I haven't forgot about the P3 homeopathic lounge - I have been up to my eyeballs in homework all day! I have to run some AVON catalogs to a friends karate class because they devoured the last set I brought in last week. Then I plan on coming home & taking a break from homework (no I'm not really taking a break right now just needed to focus my eyes on something positive for a minute & be nosy & see what all of you are doing) then I will do the lounge for us :o) I can't wait!!

Nutshell, lol I actually drank one Sobe Life Water yesterday. It was very good! I bought 6 more today along with flavored sparkling waters and Perrier knock off waters as well. If I gain weight tomorrow oh well, I'll take one for the team...:-) other than the waters there have been no other modifications.
    My two cents...

Doc - you are much braver than I am thats for sure!! I have not gone off protocol once! I am too afraid of stalling. I have worked to hard & lost a lot so I do not want to jeapordize that :o) I hope it works for you though!!!

Ok everyone your P3 homeopathic lounge has been built & stocked :o)

Now someone needs to really give me a virtual slap :/ I have been soooo busy today that I did not cook dinner. Hubby decided he was eating leftover ribs from last night & the boys wanted pizza - again! Before I knew it, it was almost 6 & I had to go drop off AVON catalogs at my friends marital arts studio & pick up pizza for the boys. I was starving & knew I needed to eat & wouldn't have time to cook when I got home. Sooo I decided to go to Jack-in-the-box (I know I know) & get a grilled chicken salad & just pick out everything I couldn't eat. Well I look at the menu & they have grilled chicken pitas. So I order a snack one with no chipoltle sauce & no cheese, just leaving the pita (which I wouldn't eat) lettuce & grilled chicken. Get home open it up & it like maybe 2T of lettuce & 1 small & I do mean small peice of chicken. It was the most nasty tasting think I have ever tasted, but I ate it with lots of water.

Well...... started working on homework again already thinking about all the other stuff I still have to do tonight for some appointments tomorrow & I am still really hungry. Don't want to eat my apple yet because that is my night snack while I'm watching tv. Hubby comes in & says he is going to Taco Bell & do I want to come...I needed a break so I said yes. Decided maybe I could get a salad or something to hopefully get rid of this hunger (trust me I have had a TON of water today & have peeing like a racehorse) decide I will get the chicken salad with no cheese & no beans thinking I could eat the chicken, tomato & lettuce. Well I get home & there is sour cream on most of the chicken so I decide to eat around that as much as possible, chicken was a litle spicey :/ well I start eating & eating the lettuce & chicken & what is at the bottom???? RICE!!!! I know I ate a couple of pieces without knowing it & I know a few pieces of lettuce & chicken had a little bit of sour cream :o( ugh I start P3 Wednesday & this happens now? I don't understand why I was so hungry today I didn't do anything different but not take my drops. So now my tummy is upset but I think that is more emotional than food related & now I'm to scared to even touch my apple & I only have 1 fruit a day & that is it. At least I didn't say forget it & just eat the entire thing shell & all! But now I feel so guilty :(

Ok I'm done whining now, thanks for listening :o)

Considering what you were up against, you did amazing Annette!!!! To be hungry and racing around and just say no all those little yummies, way to go. You had a stressful, challenging situation and you did really well with what you had to work with. Way to go!
