    Just wondering, I know a lot of you are in the first week but those of you past 10days how are you feeling?

    I'm curious if I'm the only one that felt really great at the beginning but now I havent felt good in a while - its vlcd day 15

    and jlldzinr - rant about what ever you want :)

    Congrats chips - when do you add back in body products with oil?

    Hello everyone! I am new here--been lurking for a few days. You all have an abundance of information!! I am working my way through all of the posts on this thread and hopefully will be done with the last 60 pages tonight! lol

    I am a female, 37 and hoping to lose a total of 40lbs. I am thinking that perhaps 2-30 days rounds will cover it?

    I have a question, please advice ASAP!
    I just recieved my drops in the mail--minutes ago! I have the following:

    1 1oz HCG DETOX 6X, 12X, 30X, 60X (Mediral)
    1 1oz Weight Loss Formula (Mediral)

    I also got:
    1 1oz Sublingual BTotal
    HOW do I use those 2 different HCG drops? are they almost the same? I don't get it. Why is the one called "detox"?? I am very confused...

    Please advice...

    sorry--I forgot to add...

    I looked online to find out about the detox one and one site says that this is only to be used before the gorging--to use during the detox prep although I am not interetsed in doing a detox and i also noticed some poeple are using the hcg detox as their primary hcg...correct? Someone please helpo clarify... i would like to be able to use both bottles for this first round since i doubt one bottle will be enough for 30 days-- can I mix?

    Hi i have the mediral as well and did not receive any detox. I looked at both of my bottles to be sure.

    I do have some good news i think i got my drops sorted out! not quiet as hungry. But I still am experiencing hunger. Where i read alot of people doing the shots are not. HOWEVER i did lose 11 pounds this first week! I will happily take that! It would normaly take me almost three months to do that! One week wow!

    Hi all...I know it's been 3 days since I've been on...this weekend was sooo busy...WOW so much to read!! I want to say congrats to all of you for your hard work and losses!! And for those who have been stalling...keep it up...your weight will go down soon!!

    So onto my stats...vlcd9 165.4..down 14.6 (preload)...I am very happy with the results so far...although they definitely have been slowing down...only had .2 this morning! I am ok with that...well I keep telling myself that anyway!!

    I do have a few concerns that I see some of you have as well...I have also been feeling pretty weak..not to the fact of not being able to do anything...but walking up the steps makes me short of breath!! I have also been feeling a bit light headed here and there...especially in the morning. I have been getting through it and hope it doesn't last long...I'm hoping that the busy weekend just took it's toll on me...I haven't been hungry much at all...and if I am...as soon as I start eating...I get full!! I haven't eaten my fruit since Saturday...and never ate the melba toasts...last night I couldn't even eat my protein...which I know I definitely should get in! Anyone have any suggestions for me??

    WOW i just saw how much you have lost that is amazing! I got through the weekend and that was a true scary thing for me. But I told my bf what i was doing. He is very supportive. thankfully!
    I was reading someplace where it talks about our muscles losing the fat around then and we may feel weak untill the muscel rebuilds and reforms itself. It honestly sounds like you need to start eating. I am new at this but I think you can still go into starvation mood. Do you think you could make yourself a strawberry type smoothie with stawberries ice and some vanillla cream stevia ? maybe drinking it would help you get it down. You do really need your protien honey.
    I got rid of that syringe! lol I am going by the dropper and the hunger is going much better but when its time to eat I am still really really ready! I have not gotten to the point where you are. But i can at least function and not want to tare away my kids food out of there hands like some monster.
    I have also just read that being hungry in phase2 makes phase3 harder to get stable.

    Are you also able to get your salt in? that can effect muscle tissue as well.

    Hey jilldzinr....the weekend was very tough for me as well...we were on the go the whole time...I packed lunch with me and ordered a salad with just lettuce and plain chicken or steak for dinner...seemed to have worked!! Yesterday was the worst with eating...I prob didn't even eat 4oz of protein total...I definitely have to eat even when I am full...the smoothie sounds yummy...i'll have to buy some vanilla stevia..I only have the sugar packets of it!! I started taking potassium because Sat. morning I woke up with a leg cramp..didn't want that to happen again. I should maybe consider the calcium. The salt portion I think I get...I use alot of spices with salt in them...so I should be getting it!

    I'm glad you got your dose straightened out!! Your loses are great as well...keep it up!!

    I'm so glad to be back on the forum...I felt lost without it!!

    jilldzinr - do you remember where you read that about the muscles? Wondering what it means until the muscle rebuilds and reforms itself - by us lifting weights? Now? Later? Hmmmmm......

    I've been really forcing myself to make sure I get all the protein in - it can be really hard sometimes. I often have to split my meals and eat throughout the day. wild we can be this full on so little!

    I have read soooo much over the weekend I will try to find it. i dont know if it was in Doc. S book or manuscript. I THINK it was one of his. He was saying that we have fat around and in our muscles as we lose we also lose this fat. Its not a bad thing to lose it we just do. And we may feel like the muscles are week and tired for a few weeks untill our bodies readjust and the muscle reforms itself .I cant remember how soon this can happen .I do know that a doctor wrote it. i will try to find it out there for you :) it was not by weight lifting from my understanding it something it just did naturally.
    I have been making talapia and a spinch salad and today it chowed it tasted sooo good to me! better than a double cheese burger from mc d! WHAT IS UP WITH THAT! ;) LOL I busted my a** 2 yrs ago on diet pills and working out and only lost 1 t 2 pounds a month! this is heaven!
