    Sharon,
I bought GSE for my family which does get rid of yeast but I only took it for a few weeks. I know we can take it while on the diet. Its Grapefruit seed extract by nutribiotic. I got mine from allhealthtrends.com I guess I will start taking again. Its not that expensive either but I will warn you, it is very bitter. I was taking it with grape juice but we can not do that on this diet. I guess I will try sweet tea with Stevia.

Thanks Angela, I'll give it a try. Stevia works wonders for those unbearable tastes I've discovered. I have to take a lg dose of Natural Calm for my bowels & at the higher dose it's VERY tart. Adding van stevia makes it go down a lot easier. No wonder we got addicted to sweets before, sweeter makes everything taste better :)

I hate to bring what might be disappointing news, but my daughter did decide after church to go off the HCG. There were several considerations. 1. If it was not effective and became effective after succussion then it would be as if she needed to begin the 25 days all over again and because the loading was 2 weeks ago the hunger could remain for very long or throughout the remaining time. She had overcome a binge eating problem about 6 - 8 months ago and she was very concerned this obsession with think of food could lead to that again. (Me too). Last night she said she would never do this again. But today she said well if I did I think I would try the shots.

We finally learned after all these years, that feeding the body full of good fats is what would help stop the food obsession and bingeing. (of course, this has to be with the very low carb diet). Her problem is that she would get to the weight she is now and not be able to lose whether eating that way or living on cucumbers, lettuce and green apples.

Her dad (my husband) thought she should keep going until I told him that we were concerned about the efficacy of her dosages.
He said HCG is the only thing he has seen that really works.

Just so you HHCG users do not get fearful if you are in the beginning or considering, we have had person good experience with homeopathy. Medications did not help my son with asthma. Well helped some, but made a nice boy nutty and the teachers could not stand him when he was on them. But homeopathy came to the rescue and he has not been bothered with it since he was about 5/6 and he is now 22.

I know of others that have used the HHCG with success also. For some reason and perhaps it is as simple as Turtle asked if she was shaking it before taking & she was not. So just remember to do that. :)

I will let you know if she goes back on some other kind in the next while. We all hope it does not end up resulting in gaining a lot of weight. But the main thing is keeping her mental health.

Again, please keep encouraged. This is a wonderful, caring forum and HCG is so helpful for this weight epidemic.

Thank all of you for your help to us and of course to one another.

    With so much appreciation.

I am learning so much from this forum. So do i have this correct that a build up of yeast could cause sweet and carb cravings? And that grapeseed extract will help to get rid of the yeast?

it's an RX brand of hcg.I was asked what I used. :-) I've done 3 long rounds with shots, 1 long round with sublingual and am just starting a 4th round with shots. Not sure if it will be long or short. Depends on how long it takes me to get off 15 pounds. :-) I'll do at least 30 days though.

Yes Mollymckim, GSE does help with yeast over growth. If you read about it or Google GSE, there is alot of info out there. I took mine tonight........15drops in tea and sweetened it well with Stevia and had another cup with just tea as it does not taste that good with the GSE in the tea. I would gulp the tea with the GSE in then sip the one without. Did help. I did notice a difference when I was taking it. It was weird. I felt cleaner or something. I do not have the typical yeast issue of fatigue or tiredness or any other visible signs but, I do have a large tummy. Usually woman who have large guts, have an inbalance of yeast. I do crave sweets and carbs so, I am assuming I have the problem. Wanted to share.

    Andrea :-)

Hi Im new here (about 5 minutes...) I am not sure if this is the place to introduce myself but I was looking for a great tool to help me lose 35 lbs on unhealthy fat that I have been carrying for 5 yrs now (after the birth of my first daughter). I came across HCG on gnc.com and I started doing research. I bought HCG Platinum Homeopathic which is what GNC had available without realizing that there were many different kinds out on the market (DOH! should have done more research) Well here I am on my 2nd load day and on my 1st day of my menstrual....still dont know if I should stop taking the HCG until it stops.....and I hardly know anything about the diet just what the package says to do. I am looking forward to learn a lot so I can do this effectively and lose the weight I need to in order to be healthy. Thank you for existing :)

Just a reminder, you can find most of us at the NEW Homeopathic HCG Lounge. Hope to see you all there!

Andrea, I've been on GSE for years, and honestly, where it may take care of whatever yeast problem I've had, (I never knew that GSE eliminated yeast. I've been taking it because it's an extremely potent antioxidant) it never caused me to stop craving carbs. I don't crave sweets very often, but carbs is my enemy and my best friend. I take the caps, so perhaps that's the problem? I buy mine at GNC.
Interesting info. I just wish that it did help ME with my carbs problem. (it figures!)

OK, I'm going back to the NEW site now... :)
