Hello Good People!
I have a homeopathic question:
I recently purchased hhcg with the reading '12x 30x 60x" . (from changesforlife.com)
Does anyone know how this differs from the Mediral Detox reading "6x 12x 30x 60x" ??
I have attempted to find an answer over the net with no luck. Thought I'd ask the experts!

How many of you did a cleanse? I was thinking about doing one for a month...then I have also read that you should do one for 4-6 months? -

The cleanse is part of Trudeau's program and is not called for in the Original Protocol. Why complicate it when Dr. Simeon did all the research and it WORKS!!!!!
I am a prime example - I did a 25 day first Round and lost 20.5 lbs, and am now in Week 3 of P3 and am stabilizing fine - I did do 2 Steak Days but I consider those important as it helped reinforce to me what I needed to do and not do.
And doing it homeopathically, I didn't have to worry about mixing the hcg, needles, etc. I just put the drops under my tongue 3 times a day and ate my meals 30 minutes later.
No fuss, no muss - but I did get tired of chicken which is why I went off the Round on Day 25.

Im taking the HHCG too. I wasnt hungry at all until this afternoon, and it subsided somewhat after a cup of tea. This is my VLCD4.
Im already getting a little tired of chicken, but you know Valerie you can also have lobster, crab, white fish, shrimp, beef (very lean), and I think clams.
So it doesn't have to be all about the chicken. -

Hello, I have been researching the hhcg diet and I ordered a bottle online (I have not received it yet) I only paid $25 for it (2 oz) and even though the seller claims that it is the same kind they use in weight loss clinics I am not sure if I bought a decent product for that very low price. Does the price mater? are they all kind of the same? I bought one with a goldish label and it says HCG at the top of it. (Got it on ebay) -

Today is day 10 of my VLCD (P2), and I am very low energy and loopy. I was also extremely hungry yesterday afternoon. Might this be a result of inconsistent dosing? Some days I get confused and take an extra dosage of the drops, and I am not always able to tell if my "drops" are the same size.
I also gained about a half a pound today.
Any advice for me? I am committed to following the protocol for the minimum length (I have lost 9 pounds and have 8 to go to meet the suggested goal weight for my height), but am a little freaked out by how spaced out I feel. Has anyone else felt this way, too?
to caribean queen: I'm not sure about your drops; you can check the seller's history to see if previous purchasers of hcg have been satisfied. I went with Mediral (from amazon) only because that is what my relatives used--with great success!~ Good luck and get ready to be happy with your weight loss results!
